Wholesale Information
I offer my products at wholesale prices to other small businesses. Please read my wholesale terms below and email me your answers to the form at the bottom of the page to apply for wholesale pricing on my products.
Jadefyre Draws Wholesale Terms
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): I require a C$30 minimum per order.
Shipping: You are responsible for any shipping fees under my minimum order threshold of C$50 for domestic (Canadian) orders, C$75 for US orders, and C$125 for international orders.
- Because domestic and international tracking costs are prohibitive, they are not automatically included with orders under $100 domestically and $250 outside of Canada.
- Customers may purchase at-cost tracking by request. Please email wholesale@jadefyredraws.com for a quote.
Lead times: Typically 1–3 weeks. Due to the current global supply chain and shipping disruptions, this may vary.
Exclusivity clause: You may not sell my products on online marketplace sites like Amazon or Etsy; I retain the exclusive right to sell my products in these and similar digital marketplaces.
Copyright: The artwork on my products is copyrighted and may not be replicated or resold under a new name. All products must be clearly labelled as being from Jadefyre Draws.
Licencing: Please contact me if you are interested in licencing my artwork for your own products.
Reproductions, resales, and using artwork for personal or commercial promotion without a license are prohibited.
Damaged items: I will replace items that arrive damaged. Please submit a photo of the damage and the packaging in which it arrived, and I will send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
- Wholesale customers may keep and resell damaged goods with minor cosmetic or manufacturing defects as “B Grade” items at a discount.
- I do not provide replacements for late packages or shipping delays.
- I do not provide refunds for shipping charges your shop paid to ship items to the customer.
- I also provide the option to refund damaged items. As above, photos will be required. Refunds will take the form of a shop credit.
Minimum retail pricing: Your listed prices on my products before taxes must match or exceed the price for which I sell them in my shop.
Promotional images: Wholesale customers may use any of my promotional photography as displayed on my website or social media.
Confidentiality regarding buyer information: Buyer information is kept confidential and not shared with any parties outside of the services I use to run my business, such as my CRM and email service provider. I may occasionally send out emails for major announcements, such as new products or pricing changes.
